Please pray for healing of the constant ringing in my ears and nerve/burning in my face and jaw joint. Been to multiple doctors and nothing is helping. This is debilitating and causing a lot of anxiety and depression. All I hear is silence when praying to the Lord about this. Feel hopeless and faithless.

Please pray for Chris C., who is fully trusting in the Lord regarding his "medical concerns", and will know more after medical testing and evaluation scheduled for May 3rd. ------- Pray for the Lord's healing touch upon the following, who have been experiencing a variety of flu-like symptoms recently and are in various stages of recovery: Gwen R., Bruce M., Tom S., Pete C., Pastor Ray & Lizzy, and any others we may not be aware of. -------- UPDATES: Mike Grabowski's colostomy surgery on Monday went well, PTL!, and he and wife Susan are grateful for the prayers for his continued recovery and hopeful this will open up new possibilities for therapy and more physical independence. ------- Linda Weckelman reports she has been experiencing "rough stretches" as her immunotherapy/chemo regiment continues. She has an appointment Wednesday, 4/13, to go over her bone scan with her physicians, and is praying and trusting in the Lord for the results and what it all means.

"Lily" has three young children and is continuing her education. She came to CompassCare for an ultrasound with the intent to get an abortion after determining viability and gestational age. When she saw her seven-week-old baby on the ultrasound screen, she was shocked, saying, "I didn't realize I was that far along. I'm going to have to think about it." Lily believes in God and says her faith is very important to her. She was in a hurry to leave but planned to return for another appointment. In the weeks since this initial appointment, she has been in intermittent contact with her nurse and has remained undecided regarding her pregnancy. Pray Lily fully resolves to carry to term and trusts God for the strength she needs to raise her children. Pray she returns to CompassCare to avail herself of the many supports offered to her.

UPDATES/PRAISE REPORTS: Tom S. reports he is feeling and doing much better. Also, my neighbor Joan is home from the hospital and reports feeling better (apparently nothing seriously wrong), and several women in the neighborhood are watching over her and helping her with meals, etc. She has a follow-up appt with her doctor this week. Thank you for praying for these saints in their time of need.

I ask for your prayers again for myself for chronic pain that is affecting every aspect of my life. Please also pray for my boss Paula Powell,who,after knee surgery is also suffering from chronic sciatica pain also.We work in the transportation industry for special needs kids.The kids,parents and families of these children need us.We have an elderly work force that are all struggling with health issues. Please pray in accordance and in the authority of God's Word that the health of our suffering employees be restored to complete health. Pray for the Lord's comforting and guiding hand upon Eric's life. ------- UPDATES: Let's continue to keep our dear sister in Christ Linda Weckelman in prayer, as she has begun a 3-week immunotherapy regimen {by IV treatment}. She reports some nights are rough, but she's better in the morning. Pray these treatments are effective in arresting the cancer. ------- Mike Grabowski is having pre-operative procedures this week in preparation for his colostomy surgery scheduled for next Monday. Pray all goes well without complications or any further delays. He & wife Susan greatly value/appreciate all the prayers from their church family at Koinonia.
