Caring Choices Pregnancy Help Center
Please pray for "V" who is seeking safe housing and protection for her family due to a recent domestic violence situation. ------- "S" came in for a pregnancy test and was excited that it was positive, but nervous because she has miscarried in the past. Please pray for a healthy pregnancy. ------- Pray that "A" has a healthy rest of her pregnancy and safe delivery of her baby girl next month. -------- Please pray for a hedge of protection around pregnancy centers across our nation as violence and attacks ramp up in anticipation of the decision on Roe v Wade. Please pray especially for our friends at CompassCare as they rebuild after a firebomb at their Buffalo location. We give thanks that no one was injured. Thank you all for standing with us for life!

UPDATE: It will take months and hundreds of thousands of dollars to repair the damage done to the medical office in Buffalo by the arson attack, but CompassCare will not stop serving women and saving babies. The people of God are rallying. CompassCare has already secured a new service location for this week's patient load and identified a larger facility to continue to handle the high patient volumes for the medium term while the primary facility undergoes repairs. And a Buffalo woman, unable to receive services locally, drove to CompassCare's Rochester's office to reverse the lethal effects of a chemical abortion and save her baby. Praise The LORD!! And please pray:
• That God would continue to protect and inspire the CompassCare team.
• That this grievous crime would be used for the good of women and children and God's glory.
• That the arsonists would be caught and brought to justice.
• That Governor Hochul would veto the Pregnancy Center Investigation Bill.

From Pastor Tony: Bonnie C. asks prayer for her sister, who is in a weakened state due to a chronic abnormal mineral condition, and is dependent upon regular infusions to counter this. Please pray for her to receive the correct infusions in a timely manner to strengthen her. ------- Please pray for Andrea L, who has been suffering from acute & persistent lower back pain. She walks with the aid of a walker/cane for support /balance. She is in consultation with a neurologist, while praying and seeking the Lord on whether to pursue another surgery or wait at this time. Pray for the Lord's direction, healing, and guidance. ------- UPDATES: Frank R's brother Nate, who is recovering from back surgery, needs prayer as he is weaned off pain medications. -------- Linda W. continues to be in much discomfort, and her chemo was skipped for a week to try to determine if that was causing the pain. She see's her MD today (Wed.) for evaluation, but her CT scan was delayed until June 26 because of a CT contrast dye shortage. Please continue to pray for God's grace, strength, and peace for her & husband Gerry. ------- Kathy T. reports her mother (Mary) is getting wonderful medical care and continues to get stronger daily, PTL! But she requests prayer for her Aunt Judy, who has had three strokes over the last two weeks. She loves the Lord and is in need of prayer for healing, comfort and peace. Thank you all!!

Early this morning (Tues.) police and firefighters responded to smoke at CompassCare's Buffalo office. The building was firebombed. The windows in the reception room and nurses’ office were broken and fires lit. Graffiti on the building left by the arsonists refers to the abortion terrorist group Jane’s Revenge reading, “Jane Was Here.” The group took responsibility for a firebombing of a pro-life organization in Madison, WI in May. The organization vowed more of the same in other states as the Supreme Court Decision reversing Roe v. Wade nears. Pray for the Lord's wisdom and protection for all pro-life pregnancy centers and their staff. Pray for CompassCare to find a temporary location in Buffalo to continue serving women while the medical office there is repaired. Pray that the arsonists would be caught, and pray that Governor Hochul, AG Letitia James, and the NYS legislators would stop the pregnancy center investigation bill that they passed last week.

PRAISE REPORTS: "Shalee" surrendered her life to Christ and decided to carry to term after seeing her child on the ultrasound screen. ------- Two new mature Christian nurses, Faith and Katie, have joined a team of 22 nurses, serving women seriously considering abortion across the state.
PRAYER REQUESTS: "Gina" is considering an abortion because of fear. Although she wants to parent her child, she does not think she can "do it alone." At her second appointment, she agreed to connect with a MotherCare mentor for support. Pray for "Gina" and all the other CompassCare patients who came last week who are still seriously considering abortion. Pray they are moved to compassion for their preborn sons and daughters and decide to carry to term. Pray for strength and wisdom for the nursing teams scheduled to serve this week. -------- Activists targeting CompassCare online successfully triggered Google's algorithm to remove CompassCare's business listings and ad campaigns, resulting in fewer patients finding and scheduling appointments. CompassCare's marketing team is working hard to rectify the issue. Please pray for women seriously considering abortion find and connect to CompassCare unhindered at their critical point of need.

On May 31, the New York State Senate passed bill S470 to investigate what they are calling “limited service pregnancy centers” (those not providing abortions). The bill now heads to Gov. Kathy Hochul’s desk for signature, and she is expected to sign it. This bill weaponizes the power of government against groups whose only wrong is that they disagree with the political positions of the powerful. Pray that New York pregnancy centers are protected from this biased, politically motivated, and unjust investigation.

UPDATES from Pastor Tony: Linda Weckleman had bloodwork done Tuesday, sees her MD today, and has her next cancer treatment this Friday. Please continue to pray for the Lord's comfort, strength, and healing for her. She & husband Gerry greatly appreciate the prayer support as they continually choose to trust in the LORD. ------- Jose Mir said his recent total wrist fusion surgery was difficult, and his entire right arm /wrist are swollen and painful now. He & his wife also truly appreciate the prayers for him. -------- Mike Grabowski is praising the Lord because he recently was able to sit up in bed by himself. However, his leg prosthesis needs adjusting - unable to bend properly at the knee. He is hoping it will be repaired or replaced soon. Although Mike is experiencing pain, discouragement and setbacks, he continues trusting in the grace and mercy of the Lord.

They are awaiting lab results to know the best treatment for her infection and are evaluating her needs when she returns home, which we pray will be soon.
