Please pray for my son Tommy, his wife Molly, and their 19 months old daughter Charlie. They are all very ill. Tommy tested positive for Covid and Molly hasn’t gotten her results back yet. The baby has been up all night, inconsolable. No one is getting any rest and they have no family nearby. Please pray that the Lord would touch this hurting family with a miracle of healing, in Jesus name.

Joy
Update on Joy's brother, Bruce: His treatments are going pretty well, but the cancer has caused him to lose 27 lbs. He says he's lost all muscle tone, and essentially feels much older than he is. My heart hurts for him. Please keep praying for him, for him to see how dearly loved he is by our Lord Jesus and his need for salvation, and for healing in whatever way the Lord chooses. Thank you so much.

CompassCare
Prayer-Lisa called Planned Parenthood to schedule an abortion appointment. When she learned they could not fit her in for several weeks, she looked for help elsewhere and found CompassCare. Although she plans to get an abortion, she was grateful to get an ultrasound exam and STD testing at no cost to her. When she saw her child on the ultrasound screen, Lisa commented, "This is a lot to take in." The father of the baby was present for the ultrasound. Later in her appointment when she was alone with her nurse, Lisa opened up about losing her mother unexpectedly while she was still a child. She worries about becoming a mother out of fear that she will also die young and leave a child behind. This and other factors are making Lisa extremely fearful for her future, driving her to get an abortion. When her nurse shared the gospel with her, Lisa surrendered her life to Christ. Please pray she embraces God's sovereignty and chooses to carry her pregnancy to term, come what may. Pray that she will find peace in the face of her fears through the Prince of Peace.
Praise-Noelle came to CompassCare several weeks ago to confirm her pregnancy. Her plan had been to get a chemical abortion if she was not yet past the ten-week gestational limit. Although she and her boyfriend were initially excited to learn she is pregnant, Noelle said she cannot imagine being a teenage mother. She worried her parents would not accept her child or support her in raising him.
Noelle's ultrasound exam revealed a seven week old baby. When she heard the heartbeat she said, "That makes me almost cry." When discussing options, she expressed interest in learning more about adoption. "My boyfriend and I have talked a lot about that actually!" she said. When her nurse asked her about her spiritual life, Noelle said she grew up in church. She listened intently as her nurse shared the gospel with her. Several weeks later, her nurse learned that Noelle has decided to carry her pregnancy to term! Noelle reported that her parents are supportive of her decision and she will be going to an OB/GYN to start prenatal care shortly. Praise God the entire family is excited to meet and care for Noelle's baby!

Linda Weckelman asked for prayer for her appointment today (Wed.) with her oncologist. Praying that by the grace of God all related treatments/discussions will be directed by the Lord, and that His grace, wisdom and understanding may be imparted to her physicians. Jeff & Marilou are very grateful/blessed by the thoughts and prayers from their Koinonia fellowship family. -------- Roseann Barstow has been diagnosed with bronchitis and is on antibiotics. She is weak, congested with flu-like symptoms. This is especially troubling due to her COPD lung condition. Roseann knows and believes in the hope we have in the Lord God Almighty, who is our Healer and a very present help in trouble. -------- Mike Grabowski suffered another mini stroke last Friday and was unable to speak for two hours. He was at a local Batavia hospital but now is back at the nursing home. Please continue to pray for Michael and his wife Susan, who has been at his side continually. Mike said, I just want my life to bring to the Lord glory & honor and praise. -------- Nancy Monterella asked prayer for Barbara, a Jewish friend, who has been hospitalized since November 3 with respiratory problems. Nancy and Michael have been helping her with many personal and practical matters. They are hoping that the love of Jesus will shine upon Barbara and she would soon come to faith in Christ Jesus as her Messiah.

Update on my mom Josephine: She is still at St Ann's rehab but has not improved much since her hip surgery. Unfortunately insurance only allowed 20 days. We filed an appeal which was denied and I just filed a 2nd appeal. Please pray this appeal is approved for a couple more weeks. Also asking for the Lord's favor regarding the Medicaid process which unfortunately should have been started earlier and for the Lord to heal, and strength her right leg and hip and to give her peace and clarity of mind during this process and of course for her salvation. Finally please pray for my brother and me as Mom can be very difficult at times.
