Please pray for healing and recovery for Jeff W., who had a violent seizure which resulted in five fractures in his pelvis, making walking extremely painful. He is currently hospitalized. Pray for wisdom for the doctors, and the Lord's peace and protection for Jeff and his family.

UPDATE (Sun.): Thank you for your prayers for my mom Ann. She’s back home following a three-hour iron infusion today. She’s still weak and they never did any GI tests to determine the cause, but she’s stable for now so they sent her home.

My mother, Ann, is in CCU at the hospital. Taken in for weakness and blood in stool and urine after her PCP had trouble getting pulse and BP readings. She was experiencing confusion by time ambulance got to hospital. Hemoglobin level of 5 (should be 12-14) earned her two units of blood in CCU. Please pray they find the source of the bleeding and for peace for my folks.

CompassCare

"Janet" came into CompassCare in tears because of a recent break-up. She and her boyfriend were actually trying to have a baby together, until she found out he is cheating on her and got another girl pregnant. Janet is heartbroken and feels alone, abandoned, and definitely doesn't want to face this pregnancy by herself. Her mother came to the appointment with her and thinks she should get an abortion. Janet seemed to soften somewhat by the end of her appointment but is still determined to abort. When discussing God's involvement in her life, she said submitting to His control sounded like a good idea...but she wasn't ready to do it just yet. She appreciated prayer and said she felt less alone by the end of her appointment. Please pray for Janet as she wrestles with what she should do. Pray that she submits her life, longings, and plans to the Lordship of Christ. Pray that she does not follow-through with her abortion plan. -------- Please pray for "Sarah", a young woman who struggles with depression and recently discovered she is pregnant. She originally went to Planned Parenthood in Greece and was redirected to the office in the city. Somehow Sarah ended up calling CompassCare instead. She came in last week for her initial appointment and this week for a return appointment. Sarah is determined to get an abortion but keeps running into obstacles. She has an appointment with her own OB/GYN next week and is not interested in coming back to CompassCare. Please pray for Sarah during these crucial days as her nurse continues to reach out to her. Pray that she is unable to get an abortion and comes back to CompassCare for support and encouragement.

UPDATE: My sister’s surgery is postponed to 4/25. Her doctor had a family emergency in Israel. The assistant surgeon was going to do it but, due to being out of network, insurance may not cover it, so we’re waiting for her doctor to return and rescheduling.

Anna H

Hi everyone, I got the results of my blood calcium levels and it’s actually higher then it was! My doctor wants me to get my blood checked again and is worried. I have been having a lot of pain in my legs and hips! I’ve been so overwhelmed and as for my granddaughter Riley she was sick the other day and threw up and had a seizure and she hasn’t been eating but now they are talking about a g tube! I don’t think she needs one and I know with Lilly she had one and it progressed her disease and she passed four months later! Please pray for my granddaughter and also me. My daughter wants me to stop working and take care of my health and apply for SSI! I’m so lost and confused but know God has control and a better plan for me. I just really need a break. Thank you! I’m hoping this storm will pass. I’ve been in it for too long now!
