UPDATE: She reports her father does have a kidney stone and is again in Strong hospital. His biopsy came back & he has pancreatic cancer. Please continue to pray for him, especially his salvation, and for Dawn's brother David, who is missing work trying to care for their father.

Please pray for my friend and her daughter. The enemy is attacking both spiritually and daughter tried committing suicide. My friend knows about the Lord but she is not saved and not walking with Him. Praying for salvation and the Lord's intervention. Thank you Saints.

"Ramona" is determined to get an abortion. She feels emotionally and financially overwhelmed as a single mom and thinks the timing of this pregnancy is all wrong. Ramona is ashamed that her life is not what it should be, though she is proud of her two kids and loves them very much. She would not look at the ultrasound of her baby and did not want to learn about fetal development, but Ramona did schedule a return appointment for next week. Please pray that she would be come back for her second appointment softened toward her preborn child and the whole idea of being pregnant again. -------- "Francine" is in her late teens and was surprised to find herself pregnant. She does not feel ready to be a mom and would like to move out from her parent's house before having a baby. The father of the baby is encouraging her to abort as his job is taking him out of Rochester. Francine told her nurse that she wants to continue but feels unable to make that decision because of her age and circumstances. She said she has been praying about her situation a lot and still doesn't know what she is going to do. Please pray God would help Francine decide to carry to term. Pray that she would depend on Him for the details in her future that are outside of her control.

UPDATE: She reports they have not yet received her Dad's biopsy report - maybe by the end of this week. Two procedures performed earlier this week were unable to clear the blockages, so they inserted an external tube to drain the bile and released him from the hospital yesterday (Tuesday). However, he is now having back pain and may have a kidney stone, so her brother David (with whom their Dad is staying) is making calls to try to determine what to do. Please continue to pray for her Dad (Jerry), and for God's peace and wisdom and strength for them all. Thank you!

I am a 68 year old Christian woman who moved away from East Rochester to live with my son in Brockport. My life with my son and his 4th wife was an absolute nightmare as they are both alcoholics. Now I am homeless because my son threw me out. I am staying with a grandson, his wife and their baby but I cannot remain here. I have no vehicle and I have a very low SSR so I cannot afford to pay normal rent. Senior communities for low income people have waiting lists that are up to a year long. Please pray that I am able to find an affordable room to rent or safe place to stay until there is an opening in one of the senior communities. Please pray that the Lord intervene in my son's life to bring him to repentance and salvation.

Please, can you pray for my granddaughter Riley? She has been out of it and her eyes have been moving to the side and she has had rescue meds twice! I’m terrified! I can’t go through this again!

UPDATE: "Cybel" (has children; unsure of who baby's father is) returned for another appointment this week. After her ultrasound Cybel said she has an ongoing alcohol and drug addiction and is concerned for the health of her baby, but that she is going to continue her pregnancy anyway. She also told her nurse how much she appreciated CompassCare. "Even though you don't offer abortions, even when I wanted one, you're just all so very supportive and kind. It's a clean place and you give accurate information. That's why I came back." Please pray continue to pray for Cybel. Pray that she fully embraces protecting her baby's life and pray that she would receive freedom from her addictions.
