Please pray for CL. Her home she purchased had many issues pertaining to a grant to the point of it all needing to start from square one with a new contractor. Many issues with timing and moving. Needs help with packing; she must leave her apartment end of June. She is disabled. Pray for salvation and that we can find help with packing and the landlord will have mercy on her. Pray for those helping her to find the solutions. Glory all to Jesus!

"Tasha" is a young mom who recently discovered she was pregnant. Overwhelmed by this news and recently unemployed, Tasha began to consider having an abortion despite her professed Christian faith. The father of the baby also began pressuring her to have an abortion, and eventually broke up with her. She made an appointment with a local abortion agency for next week. A friend suggested she contact CompassCare before going to that appointment and Tasha decided to follow through. After seeing her 8 week old baby on the ultrasound, Tasha began to weep, confessing that she now had second thoughts. Her nurse encouraged Tasha to take some time to process all the information, and invited her to trust God with the situation. Tearfully, Tasha agreed, bowed her head, and prayed for God's help. She has agreed to take the coming week to think through her decision. Please take this opportunity to pray for Tasha. Pray that she would trust God and choose to continue her pregnancy. -------- "Brenda" was referred to CompassCare by a community support agency. She shared with her nurse that she is currently unable to parent her six children. Brenda is considering abortion with this pregnancy because she's afraid the same will happen with this baby, too. Brenda has considered abortion in the past with previous pregnancies, but has ultimately delivered each child. This pregnancy is too early to confirm, so Brenda agreed to come back in two weeks for another ultrasound. Please pray that Brenda would make a successful connection with a MotherCare mentor. Pray that God would grow a love within her for her baby that would be stronger than her fear. Pray that she would return for her next appointment, and that God would use this pregnancy to draw her to Himself and set her on a new path. -------- UPDATE: Please continue to pray for "Maria". After receiving the initial Abortion Pill Reversal treatment at CompassCare, she did not return for her next appointment and is not responding to follow up calls. Pray that Jesus will give her courage and hope, and that she won't decide to pursue an abortion again.

UPDATE on Anfusos (water line break in apt): They continue to stay with a relative in another county while their apartment is being cleaned and repaired, and don't expect to be able to move back home until the end of the month. Please continue to pray for God's peace and provision for them during this very unsettling time. Thank you.

We are thankful for new volunteers starting at both our Webster and Rochester centers, and that two men have come in recently for STD testing.

Please pray for "O", who has a four month old son and is looking for alternate housing. She asked for prayer that she might have a closer relationship with God. Pray that she will come back for parenting class and further talk of the real Jesus. Also, please pray for the women currently attending our abortion recovery bible study, parenting classes, and women’s weekly bible study – that they would receive all that God has for them and draw ever closer to Him!

"Candy" (mid-teens) and her mom returned for the follow-up appointment. She is still set on her decision to abort because "I am not ready for a child and would have to give up my plans for this baby." Her mom said she supports whatever her daughter decides. They were both quiet while viewing Candy's seven week old baby on the screen. Please pray for this young woman. Pray for God's miraculous intervention in her plans to abortion. Pray that Candy's mom will reconsider and encourage her daughter to carry to term.

"Maria" discovered she was pregnant several weeks ago and because of a strained relationship with the father of the baby, she considered getting an abortion. Eventually she decided to go to a local abortionist and take the chemical abortion pills. Because she was feeling so conflicted about the decision, she asked to take the pills home to think about it more. Then she took the first pill. Later that evening, regretting her decision, Maria researched online, called, and scheduled an appointment at CompassCare. Still conflicted, she didn't show. The scheduler contacted her again, to try and see if she would reschedule but there was no response...until that afternoon. Maria called and wanted to come in to see if her baby was still alive and to talk about reversing the abortion. She was surprised to see an active and healthy 12 week old baby on the screen and decided to proceed with the abortion pill reversal treatment. She confessed that she is still unsure about what to do but agreed to come in again for another ultrasound and to continue the progesterone therapy. Maria also surrendered control of her life to Christ Jesus and prayed to have Him guide her through this tense situation. Please pray that Maria's preborn child will survive the abortion she started and that Maria will fully embrace her decision to continue her pregnancy. --------- "Lauren" is a mom of three kids and feels she has too much going on to have another child. She just started a new job, recently moved to Rochester, and cares for her mom who is in bad health. She was using birth control and is extremely disappointed she got pregnant. Her boyfriend is supportive of whatever she decides to do. Lauren's ultrasound showed a healthy six week old baby and her boyfriend was very engaged. She and her nurse prayed together and made an appointment for next week. Please pray for Lauren as she goes home and thinks about all the information she received at CompassCare. Pray that she returns, intent on keeping her baby.

A dear friend, who was starting a walk with the Lord, has heard voices in her head to get away from the influence of our faith. Please pray she would recognize her need for Jesus and the lies she is hearing. Lord, help her hear You.
