Please pray for our friend “D”, who has been having major back & other health issues. Admitted into hospital last night with possible ruptured stomach/intestines & tumors. Salvation unknown.

"Jolene" is stressed about her changing living situation, is super busy with her two small children, and has no real financial or emotional support for her kids or herself. Besides not feeling well physically, she is just overwhelmed with life. Jolene believes abortion is her best option but when reviewing information on the abortion procedure she was taken aback and seemed to have second thoughts. Because she is too early in her pregnancy to confirm viability, Jolene was encouraged by her nurse to take some time to think about her decision and to come back next week for another appointment. She allowed her nurse to pray with her before leaving. Please pray for Jolene this week as she goes home and thinks about all the information she received. Pray that she returns next week, intent on carrying to term. --------- UPDATE: "Jasmina" returned to get her STD results and another ultrasound. She remains determined to get an abortion, feeling it is the best decision to make in light of her domestic violence situation. She wants no further ties with the father of the baby. She believes God is okay with her decision and plans to move forward with her plan to abort next week. Please pray for God's mercy and intervention on behalf of this preborn child. Pray that Jasmine's heart would be softened and eyes opened to see how God views her and her baby.

Embracing Options
Please pray for a young lady who is pregnant and very abortion-minded. She has had several abortions in the past. Pray that her mother’s heart would be softened, her eyes would be opened to this newly created life, and that she would choose life for her child.

Saints I ask that you please keep my son and daughter in law in prayer. They are expecting their first child; Bryson is due 10/08/19. Today at the Dr. they determined that her blood pressure is high so they suspect preeclampsia. I ask for prayers that the Lord steps in, bring her blood pressure down, and that both mother and son remain healthy for the remainder of the pregnancy. Thank you!

The Parent Life program at Youth For Christ recently asked for prayer for a teen mom and her child who were living in a shelter, and mom was a victim of domestic violence. She was encouraged to reach out to the local Domestic Violence Support Center, and has received assistance from them. Although this was a traumatic experience for her, she continued to attend school and work part-time. She graduated in June from high school, and received the school’s Triple “C” award, which stands for Character, Courage and Commitment. The school was made aware of her situation, and rallied around her in support during a very difficult time. She was also asked to be one of two graduates that spoke at graduation.
She is now working full-time, and trying to enroll in a certificate program at REOC. Thank you for your prayers, and support! Please continue to pray for her, and the entire community of teen moms in Parent Life.

From Embracing Options: Please pray for "K", who said she is "researching" both Muslim and Christian faiths. Pray that she would attend the church we referred her to and that her eyes would be open to the way and the truth and the life! -------- Please pray for "T", who has painful emotional scars from a previous abortion. Pray that she would be inclined to attend our abortion recovery bible study to receive wholeness and healing in Christ. --------- Pray for two mothers who need spiritual guidance and support. Pray they would attend our Tuesday Bible study and would come to know the love God has for them and their children. --------- Please pray for "J" and her boyfriend, who are expecting their third child and were feeling unprepared and a bit overwhelmed. Please pray for a healthy pregnancy and that God would provide for their needs, especially housing as they are living with other family members currently. --------- Please pray for a couple that we have been walking with for a couple years. They have continued to try to do things ‘their way’ and are in dire circumstances now. She is in a shelter and he is homeless without a car, money and a job. Please pray for this young mother, for protection for her and her daughter and that doors will open for a better living environment. Pray that she will see her current situation as a stepping stone to a better life and that she would truly press into Jesus. Pray for peace and a positive attitude. And for him, that he will commit to an inpatient program and get the help that he needs to restart his life and, more importantly, that he would commit to trust Christ.
