"M" stopped by for material aid. She is not interested in spiritual things at this time but is interested in returning for parenting class. Please pray that she might have a desire to know God better. Also, please pray for God’s protection over "T"’s unborn twins - that they will continue to grow and be born healthy. Pray that Mom is able to “rest in Him!” while she awaits their arrival, and for provision of preemie clothing for her babies (boy and girl) that will be delivered later this month.

"Mandy" is a mother and wife working a full-time professional job and hasn't told anyone about her pregnancy yet. She is abortion-determined and still was when she left her appointment, even though she prayed with her nurse at the end. Please pray that Mandy will return for her follow-up appointment. Pray that her heart is opened to understand the Gospel and softened toward her preborn child. -------- UPDATE: "Emily" (has 3 children, wants more) came in with her boyfriend in hopes that the ultrasound would change his mind about abortion. It did not. Emily has shared the news of her pregnancy with a family member who encouraged her to carry to term. She is now faced with a viable pregnancy and just feels absolutely overwhelmed. Emily shed a lot of tears before and after the ultrasound and was encouraged to take more time to make her decision. She was offered another appointment and continued support. Please keep praying for Emily. Pray for courage and a deep conviction that she can and should continue her pregnancy.

UPDATE from Lynn on Kory: My son was given an ultrasound and it was determined that he does NOT have an infection (PTL!), but the theory is that his groin pain is actually a referred pain from his lower spine due to nerve damage from old back injuries (which he probably aggravated working in his yard this summer). We are relieved, and thank you for praying for him!

While mom was in hospice, the nurses, aides and friends that stopped by to visit were so amazed at the love and faith that was displayed by all mom's children who were with her until the very end. Even the other residents would stop by to visit with us. It was such a wonderful time of sharing God's love as we would circle around her bed singing worship songs and praying. One of my sister's friends, Rene, just texted to say that her own mother had a stroke and is declining fast. She said that she was so impressed by the love we shared that she asked us all to pray for her mother. Please keep Rene's mother in prayer, and also for salvation for them both. Praise God that He uses even our darkest hour to bring Him glory when we stand steadfast in Him.

UPDATE/PRAISE REPORT: Bruce, who'd suffered a detached retina and had eye surgery a couple months ago without any noticeable improvement in his vision, reports that within the past week he has regained about 50% of his vision back in that eye. He also states his most recent MRI shows continuous shrinkage of the brain tumor with just the chemo treatments, and no crippling side effects from those. He's praising the LORD, and thanks everyone for praying for him!!

Please pray for my son Kory, who has been fighting an infection for over a month. Not only was the prescribed antibiotic treatment ineffective (the infection has spread), but it worsened his Crohn's condition. We're concerned that any further antibiotic treatments would make the Crohn's so bad as to necessitate surgery, which he has never had in his almost 30 years of this condition.

Please pray for my brother, who is undergoing a very risky brain surgery this morning. He had a brain hemorrhage yesterday and the procedure to release pressure didn’t work. I am praying for God's hand to direct the surgeon for success, and His gracious mercy to comfort the family. I thank all of you prayer warriors and pray for your faith to be increased as you see God's hand at work through your faithfulness to Him.

UPDATE on Makhi: Makhi is going back to the hospital today to have several things done. Checking his ear canals, scope his trachea to see where he stands with getting a bigger trach or not. Amy and Chris are not excited about this option, cut his upper lip tie, fix a hernia, to find and secure his testicles. He will be on the ventilator in the hospital until he is able to resume breathing on his own. Praying for doctor's hand, wisdom and God's continued healing over Makhi. For peace and strength for Amy and Chris. Thank you.

We have an urgent prayer request for one of our clients who is 31 weeks pregnant with twins. There is a complication with one of the babies and they may need to induce her tomorrow if the baby's condition doesn't improve. Please pray for the Lord's mercy, provision, and protection for the two babies and mom, as well as wisdom for the doctors.

Pray also for another client that the Lord would open a door for housing for her and her two children as her temporary housing expires in about a week. Both these moms are believers so we pray they would be comforted by the Lord in their time of need. Also pray for "C" who is coming for parenting classes for her toddler. Pray that she would remain focused on setting goals to work toward self-sufficiency and that she would come to a greater understanding of the true character of God. Pray that she will make good choices for herself and her child.
