Please pray for my entire family. We are all very sick with the flu and sinus infections. Especially my grandma who has dental issues and has had a hard time eating.

Koinonia
Keep our church in prayer. There are too many to individually name who are dealing with illness right now, from RSV to heart problems and everything in between. Keep those recovering from surgery in your prayers. Pray for our widows and widowers who are spending their first Christmas without their spouse. Pray for others grieving the loss of a child or other loved one this season. Pray for our wonderful Pastors who have celebrated another year serving the Lord this year. Pray for one another, but also remember to reach out. Call, text, send a card or a nourishing meal. Koinonia is a beautiful and caring flock. We are truly blessed to be able to love and serve one another.

I am praising God today. I had a meeting with the donor who is helping me to attend Simon Business School. The meeting was scheduled for 8:30, but I was running late and saw that it was 8:33. I checked my email and his assistant had asked me if we could move the meeting to 8:45 because the donor was running late. I was able to make the call on time. God is truly in the little moments of our day. Thank you Lord!

I was involved in a car accident on Wednesday morning in which I slipped on some ice and ran into a semi truck. I am so thankful and praising God that I am alive and I left without a scratch. My car is totaled and I am very shaken up about all of this, but I would appreciate continued prayers for peace. There is so much to be thankful for, my life could have ended in an instant, but God has a continued plan and purpose for my life.

Please pray for Steve W., as he went in for surgery on Thursday. The cardiologist is concerned and not real optimistic on the outcome. Pray for God’s hand to be over the doctors and nurses caring for him, and that Steve would realize it is the prayers of saints helping him through this.
