Please pray for me as I’m being treated for congestive heart failure. My Doctor said it’s a mild case. However I have been getting worse over the last two days. I’m going for new blood test today and may be hospitalized. Your prayers have been a great blessing to my family, and I know God will see us through this latest situation. God Bless you

"Lila" came not knowing what to do. She recently took a home pregnancy test and was shocked it came back positive. She told her nurse that she initially considered taking the abortion pill, but after talking it over with her boyfriend decided against it. Her ultrasound showed an early, but healthy pregnancy. Lila was very quiet as she saw her baby on the screen. “My boyfriend doesn’t want me to kill the baby,” she murmured, “He says he wants to raise his child even if I leave him.” Lila said she is afraid her parents will kick her out of the house if they find out. She left her appointment with a lot on her mind but appreciative for the chance to talk through her situation. Please pray for Lila and her boyfriend. Pray that Lila is given a strong desire to love and care for her baby. Pray she and the father will find the support they need, starting with Lila’s parents.

"Janice" feels that her life is crumbling around her. She is living with her mom after a break-up with her boyfriend, who is the father of her toddler. Now she is pregnant again and he is not supportive in any way. Feeling trapped, Janice is seeking a way out. At CompassCare, Janice broke down in tears upon seeing the ultrasound of her seven-week-old baby. She admitted that she doesn’t believe abortion is right and told her nurse that she feels like a hypocrite for considering it. Her nurse offered a listening ear, support, and information on all her options. Janice left planning to return after discussing her situation with her mother. Please pray for Janice as she makes her decision. Pray she will courageously choose to carry her child to term and that her mom will support her.

UPDATE on Antoinette: She continues to be in much pain and physically restricted, and needs to keep her entire arm in an upright position 24/7. She mentioned how a sister in Christ has taken her into her home and been a "ministering angel" helping her day & night. Antoinette is ever so grateful for everyone praying and knows the Lord is with her through this trying time.
