I need prayer that I do not lose my job. I did something I should not have done and I repent that I did that. The person has the chance to press formal against me. I am the one who is responsible for all our bills. I made a huge mistake. Please pray I don't get fired. I am so upset with myself.

Pray for the salvation of his unsaved family members. ------ UPDATE on Mike G.: He remains hospitalized recovering from abdominal surgery and is slowly resuming some PT, but his body is weak and he gets exhausted easily, and is discouraged. Please continue to pray for the Lord's strengthening and healing. ------- UPDATE on Anna Patrick (abdominal pain): Her doctor sent her to the ED for an ultrasound and other testing; after several hours there she was sent back home, having found no major medical problem.

She reports her son Mark was not able to get an appt at the Concussion Clinic until June, so he has seen other doctors and is out of work for another 2 weeks until his next evaluation, but the headaches are letting up and he is feeling better, Praise the Lord. Please continue to pray for his complete recovery and that this would bring him back to the Lord. Thank you.

"Jackie" is feeling conflicted about her pregnancy and considering abortion. She found out she is pregnant immediately after learning her brother was murdered. Since having her son a year ago, she's been battling post partum depression. In spite of treatment with medication, she is still struggling to bond with her son. Her mother takes care of him and she visits him daily. "I don't want that to happen again," she said. During the ultrasound exam, she was interested to know how far along she is in order to ascertain who the father of the baby might be. She felt reassured by the information she received. "Maybe this is a blessing from God," she wondered. When she heard the gospel, she said she would like to surrender her life to Christ but has too much to think about right now. Please pray for the seeds of the gospel to take root in Jackie's heart. Pray for her heart and mind to be transformed and for this child to be saved from abortion. ------- "Maddie" is in her late thirties raising teenage daughters. She is engaged to a woman, but became pregnant during a recent encounter with a man. She is terrified to tell her girlfriend about the pregnancy, afraid she with react by threatening suicide. She does not plan to tell the father of the baby. Maddie feels conflicted about abortion, saying she never imagined she would be "one of those people." She went on to say she is a Christian and thinks abortion is selfish. She said if she does get an abortion, she wants one right away before her window for getting a chemical abortion closes (this week). Please pray for God to intervene in Maddie's life and protect this baby from abortion. Please pray for all who are involved in this situation to encounter the transformational truth of the gospel. --------- UPDATE on "Gabby": Her nurse felt encouraged after speaking to her recently. She is still pregnant and has been in touch with her MotherCare mentor. "She told me I'm not alone," Gabby said, "And God is using this in my life." She still feels tempted to get an abortion because her relationship with the father of the baby is so strained. Pray for Gabby to continue to seek good counsel and for her heart and mind to be open to God's will for her life and her child's life.

My sons teammate Mason, who was the quarterback for his football team got hit very hard which caused a concussion. He has been suffering with headaches and somedays can not get out of bed since then. He will be going to RGH tomorrow to see a concussion specialist. Please pray for the Dr’s wisdom and for a complete recovery for Mason.
