Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like! Asks for prayers for Diane D. and her mother who have a virus. Pray for God's healing power to work in their lives and restore them back to good health. Pray for my neighbor’s daughter who has throat cancer and is having a pretty intense procedure taking some tissue for her stomach to fix her esophagus. Her name is Susan. Thank you! Please pray for my cousin Tom in Dallas. He's a believer. He has some health issues that are concerning and is going for an MRI and other tests this week. He asks for prayers that the results show nothing wrong. I am sad to say that my friend, Fred, passed away on Friday morning. Wendy called me Saturday to let me know. I can only hope that the Lord raised up other Christians to witness to him before he passed. I will still be visiting Wendy this week and hope that the Lord will work in her heart to receive the gospel in His time. Michael Dobosz, my grandfather is recovering from surgery and is in the hospital staying another night due to unmanageable pain. Praying for his healing and comfort as he goes through this tough time. Thank you Praise Report: Baby Carter was born this morning! Jenna & baby are both doing very well , Hallelujah !!!! I live in an apartment with my roommates, Merlin and Joëlla, who also attend Koinonia. Yesterday morning, a painter doing some repairs set off the sprinkler system in one of our bathrooms, and it completely flooded the apartment except for the other bedroom. There was an inch of water in our living room, kitchen and entry. Merlin’s room was completely soaked. But we are very thankful! Nothing was ruined, and they had another apartment available for us to move into. A good friend showed up right away and a few other followed. They spent their entire Thursday afternoon and evening helping us move upstairs to the new apartment, all while encouraging us and keeping us laughing. We are so thankful for all of their help and for the support from our apartment manager. God has been so good in providing for all of our needs. His faithfulness is abundant! I was supposed to meet with Fred and Wendy yesterday, but Wendy let me know on Tuesday that Fred would be leaving the hospital and starting home hospice Wednesday and asked to reschedule. I will now be going out to their home next Wednesday morning (March 19). Please continue to pray that Jesus would work in their hearts to receive Him as their Lord and Savior and also that the Lord would give me the words to say when I see them. Thank you! Thank you for all the prayers for my Dad. He was released from the hospital yesterday in Sarasota, Florida after 2 days of working to get his blood pressure down and regulate his a-fib. Though they don't have a direct cause for his sudden dangerous rise in blood pressure, they've made some adjustments to his meds and he's feeling much better. Praising God today for the care and love he's received, and trusting that the Lord's got him in the palm of His loving hand.
