Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like! Our daughter in law is being treated for gastroparesis, which the doctors say is uncurable and causes her to not be able to eat more than a few spoonfuls of food at a time. However, we have a couple big praise reports. Not did she have her hospital menu corrected so she can actually eat, but she was able to take several steps today, which is a big answer to prayer! God is so faithful! I need prayers for my dad, Mike, who is back in the hospital with pneumonia. We need prayers that he can heal and that he’ll still be with us. Thank you, Lord! My Aunt Carol had a reoccurence of melanoma with spindles on her face/nose. She will have surgery in February and then extensive reconstructive surgery in March. Please pray for her surgery on February 17th and for salvation. My husband Dave is having neck surgery this morning. Please for success, healing and recovery. Thank you saints. Dear Koinonia Family, thanks once again for praying for my sister Sharon in Chapin, SC. The Lord’s miraculous hands are once again hard at work in Sharon’s life along with watching over her family. Sharon has progressed so well from her TBI that she is now heading to the best Rehab Center in the Southeast, the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, GA. Sharon can follow commands, recognize family and friends, mouth words, even apply chapstick and some facial make-up. Sharon is heading to Atlanta on Monday, after having spent 72 days in the hospital (around 45 of those days in a coma). Thank you again Saints! And praise The Lord! Please pray for healing from a concussion I got 3 weeks ago. It's been a very slow recovery and I'm having a hard time functioning. God is able and faithful and has been providing by strengthening and comforting me and healing me a little more each day. Praying you are all well. Thank you, saints! Shalom. Our daughter-in-law, Jen, was transferred to the Rochester Regional Health Rehab Center yesterday. The swelling in her legs and feet is starting to decrease, but she needs to get her strength back. They are hoping she can go home by mid February. Please continue to pray for her strength and healing. Thank you! Susan is currently in the hospital. Please pray for healing and that she'll be able to go home soon. Thank you! Can someone pray for me? I was just in the hospital again two weeks ago and today I’m feeling really sick. My stomach is hurting me and I have had a lot of spasms. I don’t want to go down this road again. Thank you! Hello Koinonia Brothers and Sisters, and thank you for praying for my sister Sharon, in Chapin, SC, who suffered a traumatic brain injury on Thanksgiving Day. God's blessings and miracles are continuously being poured down upon Sharon daily. Sharon recognizes family members and friends, responds to commands, mouths words, can move all her limbs and squeeze your hand, and has even sat up in her hospital bed with her legs over the side. Praise God for all these small, yet critical accomplishments. Please pray for her cranioplasty which should take place this week and well as preparing to move to the best Rehab Center for her injury. Thank you again Saints. If you care to follow Sharon's progress, her family posts updates on the CaringBridge website under Sharon Radtke. She is a believer along with her husband and children and their trust and faith in the Heavenly Father is what is carrying them through this ordeal. Thank you Jesus!Nancy M.
