Feel free to submit as many prayer requests as you like! Our daughter-in-law had a couple of issues, so she ended up having her gall bladder surgery yesterday. The surgery went well. Please continue to pray for her healing and salvation. Thank you! My friend Sara lives in Texas. Her husband has been out of work for over two years and it's causing a big strain. She and her husband both know and love the Lord. Please pray wisdom, guidance, and for a breakthrough in his job search. Please pray for salvation for my neighbors, that the LORD would work a miracle through the letter that I gave to my neighbor immediately above me, and that they would turn from their addictions and turn to to Jesus.
Also, please continue to pray for the improvement of my eyesight. It seems to be slowly improving after multiple doses of artificial tears as well as the other routine meds I use daily for the left eye. Thank you.
My daughter in law Jennifer is having emergency gallbladder surgery today. She is not a believer. Thank you very much. Please keep Linda in prayer. She continues to have issues with her right foot and has several doctor appointments in the next week or two. Pray for wisdom and discernment for the doctors and for healing over her situation. Praise and thanks to our Mighty God! Roger's surgery is finished. Everything went as expected. The nerves were severely pinched. Recovery now begins. (The doctor said recovery could take up to 2 years.) Roger will be staying overnight. Discharge to home depends on several factors. Thank you for your continued care and prayers! Please keep Roger in prayer. He is going to have laminectomy spinal surgery tomorrow morning to relieve extreme pain in his arms, legs, hands, and feet. Thank you for your prayers!
Psalm 28:7 - The Lord is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, And with my song I will praise Him. We heard recently from Andrea. She is still in the hospital, but is in less pain and is sleeping better. Her faith is definitely staying strong through this trial! She is now able to have visitors and is in a private room. She is at Rochester General Hospital. Please continue to keep her in prayer. Thank you! Prayers appreciated for Michael L, (wife Kristen) who had surgery Friday 11/7 to remove 24" of his intestine.
This surgery was done in the hopes of eliminating the diverticulitis challenges he has faced for many years.
Update: Praise God! The surgery Friday to remove the compromised intestine went very well. Doctors were very encouraged. Michael was up and walking this morning. Amen. There is minimal pain. He is hopeful to leave in the next couple days.
He is very grateful for your prayers and trust the Lord. Amen
Please pray for my sister, Barbara, and her husband, Jerry. A large tree limb fell on their house and broke through the roof in 2 places. She asked for prayers that their insurance coverage is good, and that they will be able to return to their home in Texas before winter. Nancy M.
