As a Women's Ministry, we prayerfully desire that any gathering of ladies is done as an overflow of the relationship we enjoy with our Lord Jesus Christ. As born again Christian women, the most important calling in our lives is the call to intimacy with Him. Prayer, service, Bible study and worship are all benchmarks of this precious relationship.
The purposes of these events are to provide an opportunity for women to meet and make new friends while being built up in our spiritual lives. We want to make available a network of mature Christian women whereby the older women can teach the younger scripturally in matters of faith, marriage, child rearing and issues that we deal with as women. We realize that God is a God of order, and that He would have us prioritize our time in a way that He designed. Therefore we pray that no women's event or ministry would ever be attended at the expense of time spent with family. Each gathering is an opportunity for women to exercise their God given gifts, whether it is hospitality, exhortation, counseling, sharing, worship or any others under the approval of the leadership of the church. |

This ministry has been designed to offer prayers, encouragement and help to the families who are "expecting" as the time grows near to welcome their new baby. This help includes prayer coverage during labor, meals ministry following the birth, and for firsttime moms a basket of baby blessings! Please contact Lori LaBarbera with your due date. |
Anita Ciarico leads a women's Saturday morning Bible study at Monroe County Jail; if you are interested in being a part of this ongoing ministry to women who are incarcerated, please fill out a prison ministry form in the parlor and speak to Anita or her husband Don. |
The gift of a prepared meal when you are ill or just had a baby is a welcomed blessing! The Lord blesses so many through this ministry. If you are led by the Lord to help support a family with an occasional meal, contact Kim Ostrowski at 381-4643.
